A Productive Woman – 1
Dear Reader,
Welcome to another exciting month. I count it a great privilege to bring you God’s Word, and I pray that through these articles, you will make life-changing decisions that will impact your life and home in Jesus’ name! This month, we shall be exploring the topic, A Productive Woman.
What is being Productive? According to the dictionary, being productive means doing or achieving a significant amount of results, that is, working hard to get solutions. It can also mean being fruitful, fertile, creative, etc. Therefore, as a woman, you are created as a solution provider to your world. That is, being a blessing, not a burden; an asset and not a liability. Just like our first mother, Eve was supposed to be a blessing to her world and a great asset to Adam. The Word says: And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him (Genesis 2:18).Also, God created the woman as a help meet suitable for the man to assist him to be better in every possible way. Therefore, a woman is ordained to contribute positively to the life of the man associated with her and help him attain the greater heights God has prepared for him. However, to be a productive woman, you need the wisdom of God.
Let us examine what wisdom entails:
- Wisdom is the Principal Thing. The Word says: Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding (Proverbs 4:7). It helps guide your affairs with discretion, thereby handling every area of life with ease. Minus wisdom, every other thing becomes a burden.
- Wisdom is the Gateway to Exploits. Concerning Christ, the Bible says: And when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished, saying, From whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands (Mark 6:2). From the above, it is clear that wisdom distinguished Christ from others.
Therefore, as a woman, you need the Spirit of wisdom to be productive and remain so in your home and every area of your life. The Spirit of wisdom is a spiritual virtue that cannot be intellectually earned. No school of knowledge under heaven has wisdom as a course of study. It is important to note that you cannot connect with this wisdom and be ordinary! You cannot carry the wisdom of creation and be unnoticed! You cannot have the wisdom of the ancient God and be lost in the crowd. God’s wisdom is superior! If you use common sense, the best you will get is common results because like begets like. It takes superior sense to get superior results, and I am glad to let you know that God’s wisdom is superior. God’s wisdom is not expressed in mighty words but in mighty works. It is not the heaviness of your speech that demonstrates wisdom but the heaviness of the proof you command in your home and life.
However, to access divine wisdom as a woman, you need God, who is the source of divine wisdom. If you are not born again, please say this prayer of faith: Lord Jesus Christ, I come to You today. I am a sinner, and I cannot help myself. Forgive me of my sins and cleanse me with Your Precious Blood. Deliver me from sin and satan to serve the Living God. From today, Lord Jesus, I accept You as my Lord and Saviour. Thank You Jesus for saving me! Now, I am Born Again.
