The Power of Wisdom (2)

The Power of Wisdom (2)

Dear Reader,

God is always eager to give you His Word at all times, His words comes to empower you and ensure that you align with His will and purpose for you. I am privileged to be a vessel to get the Word of God across to you. Today, I will be teaching a continuation of the series: The Power of Wisdom and I know you will grab all that God has for you, in Jesus name!

Many lives have been lost and ruined because of non-application of wisdom. Even when the scriptures promised that the Word of the Lord is a lamp unto our feet and a light to our paths (Psalm 119:105). Wisdom is the principal thing in life, because it takes wisdom to make good judgements, success, insights, knowledge and understanding. Wisdom directs, instructs, ignites diligence, and elevates; however, a life without wisdom is dead, because for one to make the most of his/her life, he/she must be a man/woman of wisdom. Therefore, in all your getting get wisdom because she is the guarantee for a sustained life.

How to Activate the Power of Wisdom

Be a Word Addict.

Proverbs 2:6 says, For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding. When you become a Word addict; reading and meditating on the Word of God activates the power of wisdom at work in you. The Word of God is His wisdom and when you spent time with His wisdom; automatically you will learn how to be wise.

Be a Prayer Addict.

When you are addicted to prayer, the mystery about God will be revealed to you. The mysteries of life are made known on the altar of prayer. David inquired of the Lord and he was granted the wisdom of warfare and he never lost any battle throughout his lifetime (1 Samuel 30:8). Solomon on the other hand in the place of prayer asks God for wisdom, he was given wisdom and riches (1 Kings 3). Jesus before He started His ministry on earth spent 40 days and 40 nights fasting and praying for wisdom to do His ministry, no wonder He excelled and got the victory over death(Matthew 4:1-11).

Be a Praise Addict.

Praise is a passport to get God to work on your behalf. In Daniel 2:19-20, the secrets about Babylon was revealed to Daniel from the altar of praise. Praise moves God and when He moves, His wisdom is given to you. Are you confused or in a T-junction of life? Turn those worries into praise and see God revealing the next step to take that will guarantee you a life of wisdom.

Be Consecrated.

The Bible states in Psalm 25:14, The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant. When you are consecrated, God will confide in you to show you deep and mighty things that you know not. Until your devotion to God is proven, the wisdom of God cannot be released to you. God is a God of order and His ways are only made known to those who are walking and working in His ways. However, to access the power of wisdom; seek to be consecrated.

Be Selective of your Company.

The company you keep determines if you will be able to access the wisdom of God. Most of the friends or the company you keep can disrupt you from having access to the presence of God. Romans 16:17, Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them. They admonished that you keep away from bad company because they can talk you out of the wisdom of God, by teaching you unwholesome lessons against the Word of God and any teaching against the Word of God is against the wisdom of God. It is not enough to access and activate the wisdom of God, it is important that you work with the wisdom of God.

How to Acquire the Wisdom of God

Act the Word of God

Do not just be a hearer alone, hear and act the Word. The Word of God is wisdom and when you hear the wisdom, you are to act on it and the more you act on the Word, the wiser you become. Any information you get without using it will never yield results to you likewise is the wisdom of God; hence, if you desire to manifest the power of God’s wisdom at all times, make sure you act on the Word of God.

Practice Humility

Humility creates an avenue for the visitation of God. God hates the proud, but honours the humble in heart. You can only acquire the wisdom of God through humility. A humble person will accept God’s wisdom without questioning the authenticity, but a proud one will never yield himself/herself to the wisdom of God.

Seek the Baptism of the Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit helps you to acquire the wisdom of God. God makes His wisdom known to us through the Holy Spirit, until you are baptised in the Holy Spirit, there is the level of God’s wisdom you cannot acquire. Hence, seek baptism in the Holy Spirit and have access to the unlimited source of God’s wisdom.

Be Born Again

The beginning of wisdom is the fear of God. God shows His secrets to those who fear Him. God cannot share His secrets to anyone but to only those who have a relationship with Him. A life without wisdom is a life without God, a life with God exhumes wisdom.

However, if you seek to be empowered with the power of wisdom, you have to accept Jesus as your Lord and personal Saviour. I enjoin you to do so today, because He is the only way to having a life full of wisdom. If you have made this decision, you can say this prayer of faith: Dear Lord Jesus Christ, I come to You today. I am a sinner. Forgive me my sins and cleanse me with Your Blood. I accept You as my Lord and Saviour. Make me a child of God today. Thank You for delivering me from sin, pride, arrogance and self-pity and all the lies of satan to serve the living God and thank You for accepting me into Your Kingdom, in Jesus name! Amen.

Congratulations! You are now a child of God, and have been connected to the power of God that gives one wisdom for living. You can call or write to share your testimonies with me via, 07026385437 OR 08141320204.
