I welcome you specially to this month of great visitations. In this month, God will daze you with strange testimonies that have never been heard in your linage. He will open strange doors of favour to you, and all you have waited for, from the beginning of this year will answer to you speedily in the mighty name of Jesus Christ!
In this segment of my teachings, I will be discussing with you on the topic: Becoming a leader. No one ever wants to be relegated to the back, every right thinking human always have the dreams of becoming someone great in life and having to lead other people. However, not everyone is privileged to assume that leadership role.
First, you must know that the seed of leadership has been deposited in you. It is not a case of if everyone becomes a leader, who will follow. No! You have been ordained to be a leader, and by design, you are to teach others the right way to go, and to bring them to the realization and the fulfilment of their destiny in Christ. The Bible says:
And the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the Lord thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them: (Deuteronomy 28:13)
By redemption, you have been made a leader, but it takes your knowing it and doing the works of a leader, to assume your position. It is written:
And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth (Revelations 5:10).
Therefore, to become a leader, you must take note of the following:
• Know who you are in Christ: Your leadership qualities are tied to your status in Christ. The Bible says that it is in Him you live, move and have your being and you are of His offspring (Acts 17:28). So, you must understand that as long as you are in Christ, He has made you a leader (Matthew 5:13-16).
• Discover your potentials: You will only lead at what you have been called to do. Your potential simply means your God-given ability. In everyone is a skill or talent waiting to be put to use. When you find that thing you are good at, and where God wants you to fit in, you automatically lead in that area by diligently working in it. So, it is working with the potential in you that makes you a leader.
• Build those qualities with the Word of God: God’s Word help you through your adventures in life. Without light from the Word, you will achieve little of what you should. So, you must study the Word to know and build your leadership qualities. The revelation you get from the Word, makes you bold enough to exercise your authority over every situation and circumstance.
• Commit your ways to the Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit gives you the grace and wisdom to develop yourself with boldness and strength. He teaches you all things (John 16:13). So, when you commit your ways to Him, He will lead you towards the path of leadership. With His guidance, you sure will not fail.
However, the above steps I just shared with you, will only answer to you if you are born again. That means receiving Jesus as Lord and Saviour. So, if you have not done that, you need to say this prayer in faith right away: Dear Lord Jesus, I come to You today. I believe You died and rose again for my sake. Forgive me of my sins, take over my life, make me Your child and let Your peace reign over my life. Thank you for saving me. Now I know I am born again!
Congratulations, you are now born again! I believe that you will begin to experience the reality of the price that Jesus paid for your sins at Calvary. All-round rest and peace are guaranteed you, in Jesus’ Name! Call or write, and share your testimonies with me through firstname.lastname@example.org, OR call 07026385437 and 08141320204.
